Dubai Museum Jobs  : Dubai’s Museum of the Future received 20,000 completed job applications within 48 hours of launching a recruitment campaign that gives candidates a chance to demonstrate abilities beyond their qualifications and work history.

According to an Al Bayan report credited to WAM, the campaign began on October 21. Its dedicated website attracted 42,000 visits during the same opening period.

The museum is recruiting people to deliver a new visitor experience scheduled for 2027. Previous experience in museums or customer service is not required, with communication, imagination, listening and problem-solving among the qualities being assessed.

Applicants begin with a recorded audition submitted online. Shortlisted candidates then face in-person assessments involving visitor-related situations, followed by final auditions before a specialist panel.

Successful candidates will join the visitor experience team in full-time positions and receive dedicated training.

The approach creates an opportunity for applicants whose strengths may be difficult to communicate through a conventional CV. Storytelling and the ability to connect with people from different backgrounds are central to the role.

Applications remain open until November 8, 2026, through Futureperfects.ae, according to the report.
