Shaan Dubai 2026 Concert Details

The concert is included in Dubai's official October events programme. The ticketing page lists October 25 as the event date and 8 PM as the start time.

Official ticket booking: Shaan – All Of Me Tour at Coca-Cola Arena.

Ticket prices, seat availability and event arrangements can change. Check the live listing before making a purchase.

Shaan Dubai Concert Tickets and Prices

Tickets are currently advertised from AED 150. This is the starting price, not a guarantee that every seating category will be available at that rate.

The final cost depends on the ticket category, seat availability and any applicable booking charges. Check the amount displayed at checkout before paying.

The event listing also describes an Elevate Deck experience featuring fast-track entry and a reserved two-seater lounger.

Where to Buy Shaan Dubai Tickets

The event-specific booking page on Platinumlist is the most direct place to check ticket availability and current prices.

Before purchasing:

• Confirm the event date and venue.

• Review the seating or ticket category.

• Check the total amount payable at checkout.

• Enter an email address and contact details that you can access.

• Save the booking confirmation and reference number.

Platinumlist warns that resold tickets may be invalid or cancelled. If a copied electronic ticket is scanned before you arrive, you could be refused entry.

Shaan Dubai Ticket QR Code and Delivery

One important detail for ticket holders is the QR code release schedule.

According to the event listing, the QR code will appear 48 hours before the concert. Electronic tickets are generally delivered by email within the two days before the event.

If you have already booked your ticket, keep your confirmation email and check your registered email address as the event approaches. Also check your spam or junk folder.

If the ticket has not arrived within the expected period, contact the ticket provider. Coca-Cola Arena also advises customers who have not received their tickets within three days of the event to contact its ticket hotline on 800 22 33 88.

The arena's published ticket hotline hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and on event days, noon to 9 PM. Check the official visitor guide for the latest contact arrangements.

Can You Collect Tickets at Coca-Cola Arena?

Coca-Cola Arena states that tickets can be collected from its box office on the event day or the preceding day, subject to event-specific arrangements.

Photo identification and the card used to purchase the tickets may be required at collection. Confirm the collection procedure with the ticket provider before travelling to the venue specifically to collect tickets.

Ticket Refunds and Cancellation Policy

The published Platinumlist terms state that all sales are final and that refunds are generally not provided unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Depending on the circumstances, customers may be notified of available refund or exchange options.

Lost or stolen tickets are not automatically replaced or refunded. Protect your booking confirmation and QR code, and do not share ticket screenshots publicly.

If the concert is rescheduled or cancelled, follow the official communication sent by the ticket provider rather than relying on unofficial social media posts.

Shaan Dubai Concert Songs and Expected Setlist

Shaan's All Of Me Tour celebrates more than three decades of music, bringing together Bollywood favourites, romantic tracks and songs that have remained popular across generations.

The ticket listing highlights several familiar songs:

• Tanha Dil – one of Shaan's best-known independent pop tracks.

• Chand Sifarish – the popular song from Fanaa, featuring Kailash Kher.

• Jab Se Tere Naina – the romantic song from Saawariya.

• Main Hoon Na – the title track associated with the Shah Rukh Khan film.

• Behti Hawa Sa Tha Woh – the memorable song from 3 Idiots.

These tracks are promotional highlights, not a confirmed, complete setlist. The final song selection, performance order and concert duration have not been confirmed in the official information reviewed.

There is also a small discrepancy in the published song information: Dubai's tourism announcement refers to “Main Hoon Don”, while the ticket listing refers to “Main Hoon Na”. Readers should rely on the event's updated programme for any final clarification.

Fans can expect a programme built around Shaan's musical career, but an exact song-by-song schedule should not be published as confirmed until the organisers release one.

Shaan Dubai Concert Age Limit and Children’s Entry Rules

Families should check the age policy carefully before buying tickets.

The Shaan-specific ticket listing states that attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult aged 18 or older. It also says that children above 12 months require a valid ticket.

Coca-Cola Arena's general entry conditions contain both an 18-and-over accompanying-adult provision and a separate statement requiring an adult or parent aged 21 or older for ticket holders under 16.

Because these published conditions are not fully consistent, families should confirm the applicable requirement directly with the arena or authorised ticket provider before purchasing tickets.

The venue's general conditions also state that children under 16 cannot enter the general admission standing floor at standing shows. They must have seated tickets and meet the applicable accompanying-adult requirements.

All attendees, including children and infants, must hold the required valid ticket.

For the latest information, consult the official Coca-Cola Arena conditions of entry.

Coca-Cola Arena Entry Rules and Prohibited Items

Knowing what you can bring inside may save time at security.

The arena's published general conditions list several prohibited items, including:

• Backpacks of any size.

• Bags larger than the permitted dimensions for the ticket category.

• Professional cameras, detachable camera lenses and certain recording devices.

• Selfie sticks, monopods and tripods.

• Cans and bottles.

• External alcoholic beverages.

• Commercial takeaway food and hard-sided cooler bags.

• Weapons, fireworks, flares and other potentially dangerous objects.

• Drones, scooters, skateboards and similar items.

• Oversized signs, banners and certain noise-making devices.

The permitted bag dimensions differ between reserved seating and general admission standing areas. Check the current rules rather than assuming that a small backpack or camera will be accepted.

The venue also prohibits smoking, including vaping and electronic smoking devices, inside the arena. A designated smoking area is available.

Some prohibited belongings may be stored at the venue's prohibited-items booth for a stated charge of AED 10 per item, subject to the venue's conditions. However, visitors should not assume that every prohibited item can be stored. Leaving unnecessary belongings at home is the safer option.

Review the complete venue entry rules before attending.

The published start time for Shaan's Dubai concert is 8 PM on October 25, 2026.

Before leaving home, check your ticket, booking confirmation and the latest organiser announcements for:

• Doors-opening and entry times.

• Any changes to the performance schedule.

• The recommended arrival time.

• The relevant entrance for your ticket category.

• Any event-specific security instructions.

Arriving with enough time for parking, ticket checks and security is preferable to reaching the arena just as the performance is due to begin.

Shaan's Connection With Dubai

Shaan's return to Dubai carries a personal connection beyond the concert itself.

In a September 2026 interview with Khaleej Times, the singer recalled performing at Global Village around 1995 or early 1996 alongside his sister Sagarika. He reflected on how Dubai and its live entertainment scene have changed over the years.

His All Of Me Tour brings together songs from different stages of his career, from independent pop music to Bollywood playback singing. This broad catalogue is part of the appeal for listeners who grew up with his music and younger audiences discovering the songs today.

The October concert is therefore both a live music event and an opportunity for fans to revisit tracks that have accompanied different generations of Bollywood listeners.
