Dubai Future Week Registration: Dubai Future Week 2026 is bringing together innovators, technology experts, entrepreneurs, policymakers and researchers for four days of discussions and interactive experiences exploring how emerging technologies could reshape everyday life. Scheduled from 18 to 21 November 2026, the event will take place across Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future in Dubai.
For visitors planning to attend, the main questions are straightforward: how to register, whether entry is free, which activities are open to the public and whether specialist sessions require separate approval. The official event website provides an attendee registration form, while its programme includes both public-facing experiences and more selective activities. Official event website

Is Dubai Future Week Free to Attend?
The official website confirms that the District will be open to the public throughout the event, with immersive installations, family-friendly activities and curated food concepts.
However, the official pages reviewed do not establish a universal free ticket for every programme or publish a comprehensive price list for individual sessions. Visitors should therefore avoid assuming that all workshops, competitions, specialist discussions and networking events are free.
The event includes different participation formats:
-
The District: Public-facing experiences and family-friendly activities.
-
The Big Stage: Keynotes, debates and major announcements.
-
The Prototype Floor: Research prototypes and innovations from universities.
-
The Pitch: A startup pitching opportunity subject to selection.
-
The Policy Room: Closed-door discussions for policymakers and experts.
-
Offstage: Curated workshops, dinners and specialist gatherings.
Some formats are designed for specific audiences rather than unrestricted public participation. Confirm the relevant access conditions through the official programme before making plans.
What to Expect at Dubai Future Week
The programme is structured around five themes: how people will live, think, innovate, feel and do business. These themes connect technological developments with practical questions about cities, education, healthcare, the environment and the economy.
The Big Stage
The main stage will host headline speakers, debates and major announcements. It is relevant to visitors interested in the broader implications of technology, business and public policy.
The Prototype Floor
This exhibition will showcase working prototypes developed by universities and research teams, including projects addressing AI, healthcare and climate-related challenges. It offers visitors an opportunity to explore innovations that may eventually become practical products or services.
The Pitch
Startups working in climate, food, health, learning, mobility, and energy and water can apply for an opportunity to present their ideas to potential investors and partners. Participation is subject to the programme's application and selection process.
The Challenge
The programme includes AI and robotics competitions. These activities are particularly relevant to developers, engineering teams and technology enthusiasts, although spectator access and competitor eligibility should be checked separately.
The District
The District is the clearest option for visitors looking for public-facing experiences. The official website describes immersive art and technology installations, family-friendly activities and food concepts.

500 Future Minds: Application and Eligibility
One of the event's specialised programmes is 500 Future Minds, which aims to bring together 500 professionals working in Dubai to discuss the future of their industries.
The programme identifies five groups of 100 participants each:
-
Teachers
-
Health first responders
-
Urban planners, architects and engineers
-
Economic and finance professionals
-
Homegrown entrepreneurs
Applicants must work or operate a business in Dubai and be available for the dedicated session on 21 November 2026, from 8:30 am to 1 pm. The official page states that application decisions are due by 1 November 2026.
Applicants should prepare their Emirates ID, passport, CV and relevant professional documents. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

AI Grandmaster and Robotics Competitions
Dubai Future Week also provides a platform for emerging technology competitions. An announced AI Grandmaster competition will bring together 20 elite AI practitioners for live elimination rounds, with a grand prize of AED 1 million for the winner.
The event will also host the finals of the Emirates Robotics Competition, where university teams are challenged to develop an autonomous library assistant capable of identifying, handling and delivering books.
These competitions highlight the practical applications of AI and robotics beyond demonstrations, including automation, navigation and problem-solving. However, the prize announcement alone does not establish that applications remain open to all interested participants or that spectators can enter without separate access arrangements.
Visitors interested in competing should check the relevant official announcements for eligibility, application deadlines and participation rules.
